Rev Ciancio is a restaurant owner and marketing executive. He is CMO of The Salad House and co-founder of Handcraft Burgers & Brew, and through Yeah! Management he is fractional CMO to emerging and multi-unit restaurant brands.
He has worked both sides of the table. As a New York City hospitality owner since 2010, he knows what it costs to run the place. As a tech marketer, he oversaw partner and hospitality marketing at Yext through its IPO, then helped grow SinglePlatform through its $50M sale to TripAdvisor. Today he builds guest marketing programs that are scalable and measurable, against three numbers: frequency, lifetime value, advocacy.
